Would you rather have a rewind button in your life or have a pause button in your life?

I would like to rewind to a year here and there. It not have to live the years in between all over again.
My favorite years are 1961, 1964 1965, 1966, 1984, 2002, 2010
And forget all the years in between.
Maybe pausing at age 31 would be nice. I could dig being 31 forever.

I would want the rewind so I could go back to when DS was little, and we spent so much time together. I miss those days.
