Here I am

Been on a bit of a social media exile lately. Physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausted and in need of some space. Dad is starting to have more lapses and I'm going to have to explore a more structured day program in the new year. Mocha has been a lifesaver with her cuddles and kisses. I've started getting to know more of the families at the Thursday night outreach service (I provide the childcare and generally avoid the meal time) and there are some real characters. The Denver Post published a story about the service yesterday and take a look at the photo.

I was a little taken aback when the photographer approached me and hoped that they wouldn't use the picture but...whatever.
