Merry Christmas, pollies!
We had a quiet Xmas eve with just us two. I made too much food as usual, but can now focus on other things today and not be on my foot cooking:). horses got carrots.
Weather was warm, above 70° and should be close to 80° today. Happy about that!

Merry Christmas to you Carolo and any pollie stopping by today .
We had a very nice service at our church yesterday. The kids , and youth group sang a number of Christmas songs. The adult choir was of course more polished . Our pastor has 7 beautiful grand children 6 girls and one boy. They were all on stage looking so darn cute!
There was fellowship afterward in the fellowship hall with snacks and beverages . I for once, had a good time. I think I figured out how to get over the overwhelming feeling with big gatherings. Find a few of your friends and sit back in the corner and observe. Rather than stumble around trying to mingle .
Today, I'm meeting with a handful of ladies (again from my church) who don't have family nearby. We plan on going to Bricks for an afternoon lunch.
Sweetpea has enough cat toys she never plays with. So no new toys this Christmas. The only animal that got a gift from my was Hamlet the pig. I got him a bag full of the foods he eats. Cucumbers, apples, carrots, a package of garden salad fixings. And a Farmer Barbie doll for his owner .
