Saturday. I wrote a long post about her on the new gdt board. She was hospitalized on the 6th of Feb for pneumonia, moved to a rehab. My sister had her furnishings taken to the group home she was supposed to go to on Friday, but she was tested positive for C-diff, so could NOT be moved. C diff is serious and highly contagious and usually a person catches it in a hospital or facility, so sadly we will always wonder if going to the hospital is what finally did her in. She was always in pain and told me she thought it was "time". I hope the God she believed so strongly in has her in a good place...
