It's been in the 90's ALL week - today's high will be 97! Guess I'll be staying in all day . It's even too hot for this Cat!
How hot is it where you live?

We had 98° here today north of Houston. The person who bought our RV park is not doing as good a job with upkeep as the last person, and our grasses became very long. Bugs/insects love this and I was eaten alive by something. My legs are covered with red bites from who knows what. Chiggers, red ants, ticks and fire ants and mosquitos live here in abundance. I am concerned in that it has been 4 days and theses bites aren't lessening. Online the advice to cope is the same for all of the above critters, so I'm slathered in Caladryl clear and NOT scratching. UGH!
Nash--I do wish DH had decided to live in the reset where I wanted to. The humidity here makes the misery index about the same, And there is less mold to deal with... Imagine how the animals you care for must feel....

Carlo, Those animals have been spending most of their time in the barn this week , where's there shade. There's a big fan in one end of the barn where my BGF (best goat friend) Giselle, stands most of the days, letting the fan blow on her. She's the crippled goat in the wheel chair and the sweetest goat there . Hamlet the pig, has been sleeping in the barn with the chickens .

Hi, Pollies! It has been in the low to mid 90's for four days. The only good thing about summer is having two months off from work. Otherwise, I can't stand it.
