Well, another week gone. I managed to get my drivers license changed to my new address this week. Most of the construction things on the Reno of the mobile home on the front of the property are done--now I need to get in there and do a final clean. Then rent it out. The crew is already moving on to securing the tiny café--doing te outer doors and various fix it things. I am hoping someone will lease it from us-cross your fingers, pls. We had water pipes break these past weeks because the person who previously owned the place was lax in preparing for the seasons, and we took over the place around Thanksgiving. The most difficult for me is setting up files for a business, tracking the bills, what to save for taxes etch--ACK! Very little time to read--my fav pastime☹
