Another week of rainy weather last week, and the same forecasted for the coming week-ACK! I know Nash has gotten some of the same. We are in a mud pit in some places here😣 Countertops and a few refinements are all that is left to do in the first bldg. Then on to the next one. Had my birthday last week--am now 66. I feel older than that, unlike DH who feels younger than his age.
Spent a huge amount of my time last week changing DHs meds over to the United Healthcare OPTUM system of delivery where he can get 90 days of an RX at a time. It has been a hassle to begin this but am hoping that in the long run it will be less work. My life is STILL busy, but dull.
How 'bout you?

Carolo, you're a baby. I will be turning 71 this July. UGH! But like your husband, I feel so much younger. No health issues, no aches and pains. Praise God!
We have a few sunny dry days this week, but lots of rain in between the dry days. Things are getting hectic on my friends farm. She has 4 pregnant goats, three of them ready to deliver any day. I was out there yesterday checking on them. Two of them look so ready. My friend, Cassandra, was texting me last night and sending pictures of the goat she's most concerned about. She was up all night, going out to the barn every two hours to check. She needs to be there at time of delivery to help. Last year she lost one baby goat because she didn't get out there in the middle of the night when that goat delivered. I don't know how she does it .
Anyway. Once all those babies come, I'll have my work cut out for me. I know Cassandra will need extra help feeding them and watching them all.
I am anxious for Thursday. I have an appointment at our local senior center to get my taxes done free. I've been over paying a CPA for the past three years . It will be nice to save the $400 charge the CPA wants this year!
