Hi pollies. Had a trying week at work. Spent a lot of time looking for things. Such is the life with memory loss. And then there is my own😁. Did my usual around the house stuff Saturday and need to again attempt my online classes for the company that employs me. Today. The key word is online, and I am an eidiot.
Nash-haven't heard about the goats lately. Wassup with them? In response to last weeks thread on the car show, the news just said the cars and clothes were from before 1962. Most looked like the 50s. I too would have enjoyed that, but covid. Some venues are requiring proof of vax to enter, but not this one. And it was still too hot. 105-117 is out of my comfort range and it was 105 last weekend😣
Have a good week!

Hi Carolo, About the goats. My friend Cassandra needs to keep those boy goats contained. It happened again. She always calls it a "jail break". She has the boy goats behind a big gate with lots of property to roam on. Yet they occasional get out to the girls, someone always gets pregnant at the worse possible time.
Sugar. I young goat whose probably a few months too young to go through a pregnancy got caught by one of the boys. Sugar is due anytime. The problem with goats is it's almost impossible to estimate an exact due date or even due week! Cassandra's watching Sugar very carefully. They vet thought Sugar would deliver this weekend. But so far, not. Cassandra put in a camera in the barn and watches it all night in case there's signs. She has any of us who are interested watching on our computers as well. I was up until 11:00 Friday night, nothing. I watched a few hours yesterday. Nothing yet. Sugar was just eating hey and acting natural. The signs to look for are if her tail is wagging fast, if she's up and down, is she's gritting her teeth and of course being vocal. She's done none of that as of the last time I watched.
We're having lots of rain today. Rain yesterday. And it looks like rain for the next couple of days.
I heard from my SIL. She and my brother booked reservations at a nearby hotel for November 3 - November 10. I look forward to their yearly visit.
I hear you on the fading memory. I am forgetting peoples names that I should be able to remember. My friends are pretty much the same way, so I don't feel bad.
Keep working on your computer skills. You'll get the hang of it with a little practice.
