Boring things to do. Recpts for the month need to be listed and totaled--the tax man is relentless and it is a nightmare if one waits till April. Auto fluids check--the hot weather taxes all machines. ETC.
And I need to figure out a way to mark the keyboard on this Surface Pro. It is black with white letters, and the space bar and the touch pad areas are nearly impossible to see if the light isn't just so. Glow in the dark paint? Sticky paper? Ideas welcomed...

CarolO, I'm not at all familiar with "Surface Pro" . I'm hope someone knows what you mean. Did you try googling your question? It seems I get almost anything I have a question about answered on Google - even with You Tube videos showing me what to do sometimes.

I already did my Walmart/Publix run.
11:00 am - a group of us meet at one ladies house for fellowship and readings.
3:00 pm - I have a Weigh Down class at my house with a few ladies.
And the above may be cancelled if my friend needs a ride to the hospital for her volunteer assignment. A big tree fell in her driveway last night and she doesn't know how soon the tree removal service will be at there house to remove it.

I woke up this morning with a massive backache. I hold all my tension in my shoulders and it felt like someone shoved a knife in there.
I went to work in the church nursery and came home and I've been lying on the floor in the living room trying to get the pain to stop. It's better now but I have no real desire to do much the rest of the day. I'm glad I have tomorrow off from work, I might get something done.

Twin-- try shoulder crunches. Raise both shoulders up towards your ears, rotate them backward and then drop them down to normal position. Also try raising one arm at a time above your head with forearm dropping down behind your head like the inverted letter V .Use other arm to stretch the shoulder muscles by slowly and gently pulling on elbow.
nash--I will have to google how to mark this keyboard and also how to clean it. it is a detachable keyboard and one taps on the keys--they are not that smooth plastic on a traditional PC.

Carolo, I never had a keyboard like that. Google, I hope will have the answer.
Kristen, Try Carolo's suggestion for you back pain. You may even find You Tube videos showing you how to do the exercises.
I had a pain behind my left knee a few weeks ago (I over did a farm job - and I knew it!) anyway - I googled "back knee pain" and up pooped some great You Tube videos for simple exercises to alleviate the pain. One of them did the trick. In a few days the pain was completely gone.

We do both those moves in my dance class. They were helping a little but what I really needed was a heating pad. I currently have a lower back ThermaCare pad wrapped around me since I don't have a neck and shoulder pad to use. I feel a little constricted but the pain is slowly going away.

Sunday I slept in a little, went to my coffee group at the restaurant, went home and cleaned my kitchen. I than sat down and since I had lost sleep on Friday night, I ended up taking a nap in my comfortable recliner with my cat.
