I watched some of the competitions yesterday. One gal started her routine, fell forward onto her head/neck (after a complicated flip) and had to stop and be escorted out. She came back and did a really good job!

I caught the highlights on the Today Show. Didn't see that incident but I saw the cyclist who flipped over her handle bars. Scary sight. But she's okay .

Have to admit I didn't see either one as I've been watching the equestrian events.
