I had egg and turkey on a slice of whole wheat bread with Laughing Cow asiago cheese. YUM! Where has that cheese been all of my life? Oh, and I had coffee.

I use the Great Value brand. It's a little smaller grind and cooks a little faster. I add a small amount of FF Half and half to the water and then add Brummel and Brown buttery spread to it after it's done. Mmm Mmm Good. Oh don't forget to add some salt to taste to the mix.
