I started off with a K-cup Wild Blueberry Mountain. Went off to do my morning shopping and when I came home I had a Kroger egg&cheese pita pocket breakfast sandwich. I LOVE these. Ready in a minute. Just enough. 150 calories. (for me . That reads 3 points. This Cat gives 1 point per 50 calories. I do it MY way)
And I had that yummy pita pocket with an ice cold can of diet coke.

Same old b'fast of egg white omelet and grits with hot tea. I like this breakfast.

We had micro baked potatoes,split in half with an egg on top of each half..
