A pot of black coffee and a small slice off of a Panera Bear Claw, cut up in several small bite size pieces. That's my fuel for the morning .
What got you going today ?

None of those carby items would hold me or even an hour. My BS would drop and I would have the shakes like crazy. I need protein to hold my BS steady.
I had my usual b'fast of egg white omelet and grits with hot tea.

But I like bite or two of something sweet and wonderful to go with my coffee. Keeps me from craving those things that I used to deny myself when I was on Weight Watchers.
