I cleaned out the fridge this morning. (No, I did not eat everything, just organized and purged). Made breakfast for the family. Watched hours and hours of Olympic coverage. Finally got dressed to go get my 10K steps. Now I am debating whether to go to the gym or walk across town to my favorite supermarket to buy lunch stuff for DS for the coming week. It is really hot & humid out, but I can't face an hour on the treadmill today.

Walking across town sounds like a lot more fun than that torturous treadmill.

I ended up walking across town to the gym to use the treadmill so I could watch Team USA get the gold in basketball. Then I missed the bus, so I ended up walking home, too. Six miles today! I would go soak in the tub, but I might not be able to climb back out.

I worked the nursery this morning. Got home and found a gigantic rip in my skirt. Fortunately it was low enough I wasn't mooning anyone. I've spent the day trying to get ready to get the carpets cleaned tomorrow.
