My second vent for the day. When you call a company to schedule a service. They ask if you want morning or afternoon. You say MORNING. They tell you the repair man will come between 9-11. Then doesn't show up until NOON.
I could have helped my friend early this morning with her farm animals if I had known I would be wasting my entire morning waiting for a plumber who didn't come until after 12 pm!
