Good so see you Jeanette. I hope Carol checks in at some point. Haven't heard from anyone in a long time. I'm doing fine. Had Thanksgiving with 4 friends.
How's the weather in Chicago?
My first reply was a lot longer. I'll just let this one fly if it in fact does. Maybe my first response will still post. Very strange.

Nash, I am going to have to visit Chicago one day. I want to try their pizza. The weather in NYC is rainy and windy today. My son and I are going to visit my mom later. I try to limit the amount of time we spend there since we could be carrying this darn virus and not even know.
How are things in your corner of the world?

OMG! Luv' what made me think you lived in Chicago? Well, my brother sent me a Merry Christmas text and then added that it's terrible what happened in Nashville. I didn't know what he was talking about. I thought he meant snow , since we had a dusting this morning and he knows how I hate snow . But he saw on the news that there was an explosion downtown. They don't have all the details yet, but they know it was intentional . Far from me, though. I never go there unless my brother visits and he always insist on going to Nashville.
We had scripture reading at my church last night and sang a few Christmas songs. Our Christmas Concert was last Saturday. No masks or social distancing in my church. No one's worried. He haven't been forced to abide by any rules , yet. Who knows what 2021 will bring.
Today a couple of friends are coming over and we're going to drink wine, eat cheese and crackers and watch Christmas movies. That's all.
