Hey, pollies! Another week and another month gone. Am sometimes feeling the doldrums-no UPS and no downs-just kinda flat emotionally. My life is so dull. I do have hope that something will occur to make things better. But what direction to go? Things are wide open here and our numbers are rising.
My job is trundling on. Lucky for me! I have been so fortunate to have found a place to live and a job at my age! I will be 70 next Feb. Phooey.
Read any good books? Seen a good movie? Wassup with you?

Carolo, 70 is young. I turned 74 this year. It's not surprising you were able to find a job. The older people are the only ones willing to work. The others would rather collect unemployment and sit on their butts. So many places are short handed now. Some even going out of business. No one wants to work. I'm going to see "Respect" next Monday. I'm sure it will be good. I've been waiting for it to come out for over a year . I rented an old Betty Davis movie from Netflix. Dead Ringer. It's a 1964 movie with Karl Malden and Peter Lawford. Black and white. It was good enough. I started going back to the farm. Jack the donkey is getting his hooves trimmed today. I'm going to go watch. It's hot hot hot here. In the 90's all week. I'm not complaining. I'd much rather have this than any part of winter. Went to the county fair on Sunday. It was senior day - so free admission.
