You have horses, right? we feed a carrot or two to the horses on the property next to us. we asked permission first. can horses eat watermelon rind? Do not laugh. I watched donkeys eat some in the AZ desert...

Carol I don't have any horses right now. I had to put my last 2 old horses down last October. I have had one of my horses eat watermelon but not the rind. Horses are so easy to colic so I would be careful what I feed them. If you feed apples make sure to cut them up so they don't choke. Horses cannot throw up.
